Bourgeau Left - Hand
A classic route, Bourgeau left-hand is an endurance route! The crux which is the last pitch offers some overhanging climbing on mushrooms. Both climbs, Bourgeau Right and left, can be seen from the Sunshine Ski Area parking lot - a 30 minute drive west of Banff. They both face south, so on a cold day it is a great place to be! However they can only be climbed during low avalanche hazard, because there is a big bowl above.
